Hewlett Packard – Printer not working & no reponse from HP service centre

I am facing paper jam/ paper feed problem with on my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 printer which is under warranty till 30th Sep 2013. For that, I have registered a complaint on 22nd June; details are as follows: Complaint No.8067131954 Case Id: 4336410 date:22/06/2013 On 22nd June I was told by your customer care executive that a technician from HP Delhi service centre will visit my place to solve this problem. After escalating my complaint several times to HP customer care finally an engineer visited my place on 26th July to check the Paper Jam/ Paper feed problem that I am facing on my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 printer. And after checking the printer he said that it is a known issue with this printer & it can’t be repaired and my printer will have to be replaced. He said I’ll get a new printer within 3 days. But since his visit I am trying to contact HP Service Station in Rajouri Garden but no one is even picking up phone. Its been more than a month since I am facing this issue with printer and after engineer’s visit it totally stopped working. Please help.

I want my printer replaced ASAP & compensation of damages occured due to non functioning of this printer.
