| bought a HP laptop model HP 450 notebook PC in july 2013. there was a spot in the display screen for which I am complaining to them but in vain. the laptop was promised to be provided on-site warranty but no such service has been provided. i have mailed to the global service team incharge Mr.Manjunath about the complaint but no response has been obtained.

this defect is a manufacturing defect and hence qualify for replacement. It is causing me mental agony as despite buying a reputed brand I feel betrayed.

I want immediate replacement of the display.
