Laptop purchased in Dec’2012. Since the time I purchased the Laptop battery is not getting charged & need to use only with power connection connected .Logged complaint with HP company 4 different times & 4 times laptop was taken to HP service centre but the problem is still not solved .

Due to the defective laptop i am unable to use the laptop due to which i am under immence mental harrassement & my work is suffering & causing financial loses .

The above mentioned facts clearly indicates that the defective laptop is being sold to me by HP India through their dealer in Chennai , I expect for replacement of my defective laptop without any more harassment to me in terms of experimenting with the defective piece .
