Purchased Hi-tech water purifier from M/s Smart Services, Haldia in Oct12 with assurance of 01 yr free maintenance(three monthly) and guarantee.Due to service conditions(Defence)i was transferred to Kolkata in Mar 13. Shifted purifier to Kolkata with concurrence of smart service for maintenance at kolkata through their own reps / Hi=tech reps at Kolkata. My second service had fallen due in Mar 13. I requested M/s Smart service(through telecon) / M/s Hi-Tech(faxes VHK/999 dated 06 May 13 and 16 May 13)for same but no response till date.M/s Smart service claims he is a dealer of Hi-Tech. Nil response from both.
Lack of maintenance resulting no-check on purity of output of purifier and frequent leakages from membrane inlet hose. Considering hygienic conditions and poor response of OEM/firm, loosing confidence on Indian firms.
