High-Tech Pick Pocketing

My Reliance Mobile number is 9362747082 (Lifetime validity with Rs. 550.00 Lifetime Jaadu Pack added). On 16th June 2009, at 10:04 AM, I dialed *225 and the Balance was Rs. 126.48. After talking an STD call for 3 minutes (for Rs. 3.00), I dialed *225 once again and the Balance was Rs. 116.98. I contacted Reliance Customer Service *333 and asked them why excess money was deducted from my Account. They keep informing me, every time I contacted them, that I should contact them after half an hour later as they are not able to get the details.

Most of the Reliance Customers are aware that Reliance is randomly pick pocketing them few Rupees extra, whenever they make many calls. As it is a small amount, equivalent to the give away money to beggars, most of the people do not complain. But, by doing so all over India, Reliance is steeling huge money, daily.

Last month Reliance deducted Rs 10 from my Account and the Customer Service at *333 refused to even entertain my Complaint. Finally, I sent Email complaint to the following secretary@trai.gov.in, ap@trai.gov.in, customercare@relianceada.com, corporatecentre.customercare@relianceada.com, comnodalofficer.TN@relianceada.com, comappellateauthority.TN@relianceada.com and to the Reliance Nodal officer. Finally I got my Rs. 10 back.

Whenever I visit the Reliance Franchise Centre, many customers there complain about Reliance steeling the Customers. I wonder why Reliance is having such a foolish and suicidal Policy may be the Managers do not realize that word of mouth is more powerful than their High-tech advertisements. There are numerous similar Complaints in the Internet about Reliance and it appears Reliance have made the suicidal policy only recently about 6 months back.
