I am using airtel nearly for 8 years. The call rates and tariffs have been changed without prior intimation. Due to dissatisfaction of the current plan, i wanted to change my network from Airtel to Idea and gave request for change on 2nd November. Then i received a call convincing me not to change network and they gave false assurance of some new plan. The plan has not been changed till now. I have contacted many times, even then its not processed and the network also couldnt be changed. This situation is pathetic and they are handling the customer in worst manner. Today 15/11/2011, i tried to ask the reason, but the customer care call is being disconnected again and again. I want a clear solution for my grievance from the proper authority. Expecting your reply soon.
