I have purchased a Khaitan Water heater in Nov 2013. Now My water heater has the water leakage problem. As the product in warranty period. I launch a problem in Khaitan with reference no 437301. on 25-Dec-2013. Now till today they did not send any technician on my address for resolution the problem. When I contacted to customer care then came to know that they forwarded my request into service center. When I contacted the service center then came to know that my complaint has been renewed on 27 Dec-2013. The service center authorities provide me the wrong information since today morning now when I contacted then at the end of the day they told me that now complaint will be resolved till 30 or 31 Dec -2013. I contacted also Vipul Sharma from Khaitan techincal team on 9711733978 he also not provide me the support instead of wrong information. Can you please help me on this.
