Hello I bought a Hindustan Unilever GKK on 22nd april and it stopped working after two days,I have registered so many complaint and sent emails, many calls (my record can be checked) buy since then no one has attended the problem seriously. The carbon trap has been replaced two times but there is not a even single week when we got uninterpreted water. Now it has been stopped again for more than two weeks and I am getting so many calls and false promises but no solution. We are being forced to drink dirty water or pay for new battery. The technician are highly unprofessional and no one is even bothering to visit. We have a kid and suffering with dirty water. We are being ignored now and forced to buy some other product or new battery every month. The batteries supplied are definitely not original and start giving problem from the next day.

Immediate replacement of new battery and whole filter if having any problem
