Complained on 4.1.14 that d purifier is not working. The customer care promised to resolve it within 48 hours. But till today I.e. till 10.3.14 no service agent came to check it. We are really pissed off. This happened for d second time after d purchase. Purchase date is somewhere in October 2013

Services shoukd b promt. And whatever is aplicable as per d consequences described above
