Hitachi A/C – No Customer Support

I purchased an Hitachi AC on 02.08.19 and from first day it is not working. However I lodged a complain in the service centre. No action was taken and the case was closed without any action. My Complain no. 19080501102. I purchased the AC from Katrasg, dist: Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India 828113

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that we logged a call for our Hitachi Air Conditioner Model No: 318HVD /1.5 ton Split (on chargeable basis) on 15.07.2019. Your engineer (Mr. Jay Halder Phone number 9330393690) came on next day (16.07.2019) in the evening and repaired the AC and took Service Charge of Rs 4500/- (Dismantle Service and Gas Filling). The agency name is M/S Sree Ganash Enterprise as per the paper given to us. The service id was 613906 as given by Hitachi Customer Support and verified by the above mentioned engineer. Unfortunately, the same issue appeared on the very next day morning (17.07.2019). We again contacted to that engineer as well as your customer care, but till date no one visited to resolve the issue. Is this the level of service we expect from Hitachi? Moreover how can you engage such an irresponsible or unprofessional person or agency as your engineer or service provider who even do not pick up the phone after getting such a big amount of service charge. It is nothing but just like a fraud attitude from the engineer as well as agency. It is really frustrating for us being a customer of Hitachi. We have no option other than go to consumer forum and file a case against your company and also the agency.
