I purchased a window A/C of Hitachi from Big Bazar on 03/12/2013, and was fitted on 18th April by Hitachi service engineer. On 22nd June A/C was fail to start, I complain to our service center for the same they came on 29th June, and told me that there is no problem and told me that “call us when problem arises (actually they unable to understand the problem) they service the m/c. on 01st July I again complaint for the same they came on 2nd july and understand the problem and told me that its PCB is defective and told me that PCB is NA at Durgapur it has to bring from Kolkata and when it is av we will replace. In between I call several times to Kolkata/Durgapur but the answer remains same, I also call to their head office ,also mailed to customer care but no change in status on 21th July they came with wrong spares and told me that,”o h! sorry the spares sent by Kolkata is wrong again whenever the spares av we will change, I again call to everywhere ( same process) but till date no outcome. Now I understand the problem that actually they don’t have spares, just passing the time. Now today they came with wrong PCB again.
i want to return the a/c and hitachi to pay my money back to my a/c, as they never be provide us a good service and the spares problem will remains also a penalty of rs 5000/-on a/c of non av of A/C during this period
