Hitachi AC – Poor Customer Service

We Had bought an Inverter AC about 6 months ago. But the AC does not work at all. We filed an complaint in the company Customer Care. After 5-6 complaints and warning to complain in the Consumer Court, the company sent an worker who could not do the needful and the AC still remained unimpaired. We complained again and again and the company couldn’t fulfill the repair needs of the AC. Now, even after 3-4 calls to the company service center, the company is not sending any person for the repair.

We want the replacement of the full unit OR refund of the total amount. We also want money for the Cooler worth Rs 10000 which we had bought for relief from torturing conditions which we had to face due to the Poor and irresponsible services and goods provided by the company. Please do the Needful.
