Lodged a complain about “not working outdoor unit of split AC” on 23rd April 2014. Received a message with complain no (14042300321) from Hitachi on 23rd. Somebody from Hitachi called on 24th to confirm that a service person will come on 25th. Still today (1st May) that is even after 7day no body came. We called repeatedly to their customer care no 033-3532-4848 and 079-3041-4747 and being told that our complain is on priority list. Sent a mail to their email id (customercare@hitachi-hli.com) on 26th April. Received a mail on 29th April that service will be provided soon. Service are yet to receive. My AC machine is well under warranty period of one year. On 12th May warranty will expire.

Need prompt service as soon as possible.
