I have purchased invertor AC model RAU019EUEA of Hitachi from dealer in Ambala cantt (Aerovision) on 20.04.2014. Installation was done by company authorised technician. After installation process when technician switch on AC it does not work. As per technican their may be fault in PCB unit and he dismantled it. I take that PCB to Chandigarh branch of company I was very annoyed with the behaviour of company also he supplied me old repaired PCB which was not acceptable to me.They told me we do nothing contact your dealer. Then i deposited faulty PCB to dealer and ask him to replace my AC. He further again forwarded it to service centre. Now 3 days they told me that it was not a fault of PCB but of wrong connections done at factory end. I am trusting them may be they repair it. Till date my AC not functioning mounted ideally. now I want complete unit replacement as a solution ( because AC not function even single second at my house above all behaviour of company officials not good irony was that they even does not know about what’s written on manual) other wise I will file my case in consumer forum to get unit replacement.
