I had purchased a Hitachi French Bottom freezer refrigerator last year at Delhi. Seeing the performance of the product, I strongly recommended the product to my father-in-law at Agra(UP), who purchased the same fridge in July this year. However, to my utter disappointment, the fridge at Agra has been going faulty again and again. In the last 5 months, it has gone down at least 4 times for which the complaints were registerd with the local Hitachi Nodal officer Mr. Mohit Kumar. 15 days back, while repairing the fridge, Mr. Mohit Kumar had assured that he would replace the product if it went down again. Now, it has gone down again. Mr. Mohit Kumar has stopped picking up the calls on his mobile number 9319002808, which is not expected from Hitachi. I request you to look into the matter and replace the product at the earliest. We are not going to accept any further repairing of the product.
