I had purchased a Hitachi refrigerator (model RVG440PND3 for Rs.42000) from Indirapuram stores. (delivery note: 362-UIP03-15SDN 854 dt. 29/03/2015). On my request, the delivery was deferred, and is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow (i.e., 5th Apr.’15). However, in spite of my repeated requests the salesman (Mr. Vijay: tel 8588851203), is not wanting to send an original packed piece — he is insisting on delivery of the display piece shown during my visit to the shop on 29th Mar.’15. I would want a fresh packed piece to be delivered, as I have already made full payment on 29th Mar.’15?
Request to pls. look into, so that delivery of a fresh packed piece (and not the store display piece) can be arranged.
