I am Varun Bansal r/o Bathinda Punjab is going to submit here that my compliant is against HNB Garhwal University (central University)Srinagar. My matter is education related. I was a MBBS student of batch 2008 of this Univ under college Narayan Swami Medical College Dehradun. At first this Univ has issued NOC to our college for opening of medical college on dated 08-08-2006. After that the Dy.Registrar named Shri Brij Mohan Shah Has issued consent of Affiliation and Essential Certificate on dated 23-09-2008 to our college for batch 2008. On the account of these certificate we students has taken admission in that college. because these certificates are under taking certificates from this univ. In Essential certificate Univ held that if there is any problem in future for approval or infrastructure of college then the univ will take responsibility of 100 students. But dear sir we students has cleared our 1st year from this univ and our college has been closed. but now univ is shrinking their responsibility by saying that these 2 certificates has not issued by proper authority of univ. Vice chnacellor had also called explanation from Dy.Registrar regaring this. He explained that Registrar was absent on that day and powers of registrar was with him acc to VC’s letter and he had also signed many others letters as a registrar on that day. But now we students have lost our carrier and we are on road now due to mistakes of Univ. Our full carrier has been destroyed by Univ officers. The Univ has not given any punishment to these officers for doing this. May be That officers has also got retirement now.

1.Now we want that univ has compensate us in any way. 2.Please direct univ to pay us heavy compensation. 3.Also punish their officers regarding these certificates. 4.Also refund back our full fees. 5.Also pay heavy compensation for spoiling our full carrier. 6.Migrate us at other college for complete studies
