I have give Rs 15750 for a holiday package for Kerala in June for the month of Aug 2013 to Mr. Sangeet. – He didn’t given any details regarding the holidays. Also i haven’t received any slip except swipe card payment receipt. – When the day approached for holiday he told that the spot was not available due to heavy rain. – So i cancelled the trip & asked for refund. Now they are just rotating my case & not giving the refund.
