Holiday Trip – no facility despite full advance payment

Things were not provided as per agreed itineraries . 1. No single taxi provided for complete tour . 2. Sub standard hotel given after delay of 8 hrs with mental harresment 3. Booked innova but Xylo provided with delay and lot of followups. 4. No 24/7 customer support . phone were not picked up my customer executive

1. mental harassment in front of family. 2. no facility provided despite of full advance payment. 3. wasted lot of time in phone calls to arrange services 4. mental stress of family members 5. destroyed the trip.

Full compensation with the cost of my time and money incurred
