Dear sir,

I had applied for the home loan from Dutch post bank in Dec 2008 of amount 30 Lacs for purchasing a property in faridabad.

With application form, i had also submitted the fee cheque of Rs 6180. The bank representative asked me that if my home loan of 30 Lacs is not sanctioned then they will refund me the amount after deducting the property verification charges of Rs 500 and applicable taxes.

In feb 2009 they asked me that on that property they can provide 27lacs loan only. I asked the bank represntative to stop the processing and refund me the balance amount of processing fee.

Now they are not refunding the balance amount. I had sent then 3-4 e-mail also but the bank is not responding.
