I had purchased one advanta cooktop from home shop18 at price 4100 and product under warranty. yesterday night while cooking there on blast happen and top glass broken out and thrown whole kitchen. also one piece of glass hurt my mother who cooked. Even though have register complaint but till time they are not serious.

Right now my all family member are not able come out from shock. also i have invited loacal technician and resume services from other steel buner.

want detail failure investigation and replacement from the supplier.
