Ordered a “Berg Multi Cuisine Maker” on 29th June-13 and received it on 30th June-13. Product defective and returned the same on 6th July-13 via Bluedart courier arranged by the Homeshop18. Called on 7th July regarding replacement and CCE promised that replacement will be delivered in next 5-7 working days. Not received replacement till 18th July-13, called for refund several times from 18th July-13 to 19th August-13 and till now I am fighting for my refund
I forced to my Mom to placing this order and till now we do not get refund. Due to this one day while I am on call with Homeshop18 Customer care, my mom shout on me due to Services of Homeshop18 and from that day my mom suffering with a serious cough. She is not able to sleep at night. We have spend 1000’s of rupees on her treatment and till now she is not well.
I want my refund alongwith the interest and the money we spend on treatment of my Mom due to Homeshop18.
