Home shop18 – Damaged product delivered and that too isn’t replaced and even not serviced as well.

ought Zync-919 tablet through online shopping from Homeshope18, the day from which the product is delivered to me it is not working. I did complained Homeshope18 regarding this they told me to call Zync and i did the same.(Here Homeshope18 defies his return policies) Zync provided me three time service of the product, each time they failed. They even had taken 2 months to repair the product. Last time for repairment when i called them they told me that now their pickup&delivery service is not free and i have to pay 300 rs and even if some damage occurs only me and me will be liable for that. So, i decided to take my product to center on 20 of september 2013, they refused to repair it saying it is out of warranty. The date of delivery of product is 22/9/2012 how warranty got void before 22/9/13 i asked CCS but they did not cooperated. Also, i asked them to give me grace period for the time being my product is with them for repairment, they just denied each and every thing and that is the reason now i am up to you.

Refund of money and other expenses that i had made. Now i am not trusting zync and it’s services.
