Hi I place a order at homshop18 and they delivered defective product and when I informed them about the same they stated that it will be replaced but nothing happened fro 4 days , then I asked for refund and they informed me that it will be done in 48hours but its 168Hours and I called them 8-10 times and also communicated via email they don’t care . I informed them about pgportal they said we don’t care about such government stuff. I would like to request you to take a appropriate and strong action against such fake web shopping. I hope you understand the pain and do the needful at the earliest. I am least worried about my refund but more worried about the pain of common people.

Better to close the website and do not fool website. I will feel better if you close the online selling rather than getting any other compensation.
