HI, I have purchased on earphone cost 599/- from homeshop18 online.Its still under warranty as purchased on 28th june 2013.Now the left speaker is not working properly and when i contacted homeshop18 they said refer with service centre of philips. And when i called to philips than came to know that as per there policy below 2000/- rs products having warranty og 6 months only. Homeshop18 cheating to customer by selling there products where as on brand policy its different.
I want to either replace with new or refund my total amount 700 including follow-up.I dont want to speak these guys any more who are not able to understand what is the wrong part from there end.
