I ordered Aire Bra Combo set under the order no. ORD1322182. Which I received and as there was a piece missing and also they dint fit me I called up the Customer care Dept. and the executive asked me to try the small size instead of medium as it might fit me; I sent the product back asking for smaller size on 21st October 2013. It was received at your warehouse on 22nd Oct. 2013. But there system was not showing it received and I have been asked to wait. I again called up on 26th Oct. Saturday and the executive asked me to wait till Wednesday. I went ahead and bought Bras from the market as wasn’t sure of the product Aire Bra. I received the call from them Tuesday 29Th oct. that the product has been received and small size will be sent to me soon. I asked the executive not to send the product as I doubt it will work or not and send me the credit note instead so that I can buy some other product available with them. The executive told me that they don’t have refund policy or exchange policy. On which I said that first of all there was a piece missing in the set of six, secondly it din’t work for me as it did not give me a lift as shown on the TV for which the executive suggested to go for a smaller size but she was also not sure whether the product will work or not. Still I sent it back to get a smaller size for which they took so much time as the product reached you on 22nd october and you called me back on 29th october. Guess I waited too long for the actual product I ordered on 14th october and paid through Credit Card which shows urgency. Well I have been denied any solution to it neither I have been provided with a credit note to buy something else nor any money back. Not only they refused to provide any solution or money back but also kept my money as nothing has been sent back to me. They did not even sent me the product I ordered Aire Bra in small size which I was suppose to get by default. Till today these guys r calling me after sending them a mail that I will file a complaint against them to get me agree to keep the smaller size which of course wont fit me they also know. They are harassing me with the mails and new excuses.
Now I just want my entire money back as I have had enough of mental and economical harassment.
