Home shop18 – Partial product received and no action taken even after many complaints

I have ordered Quantum QHM7468-2V USB Game Pad with Shock Function on Oct. 1 2013 (Order No. 931285653). I received the product in a reasonable number of days, i.e., on Oct. 5 2013. When i opened the packet i was surprised to find out the Card Reader which was promised to be given to me as a freebie was not there. I then immediately called the costumer care of HomeShop18 to file a complaint of the problem (Complaint no. 87786455). Now I calmly waited for the product and it was delivered to me on Oct. 10. AGAIN the Card Reader was missing in the packet and again the same Quantum QHM7468-2V USB Game Pad with Shock Function was delivered to me. Now without even wasting a single minute I again called the costumer care no. Of Home Shop18 to file a complaint (Complaint No. 88069483). All the time in vain I waited for the right product to be delivered again called the costumer care no. on Oct. 14 and was asked to wait for the product for next 48 hrs. as it has been sent to me. Now as today i haven’t till date (Oct. 17) received the right product and I again called up the costumer care to file complain (Complain No. 88507685) and was asked to wait for next 48 hrs. Now as on 17 days long wait I have not received the product and the time period has been extensively long period. The carelessness your company has shown to delivery of the product is not at all appreciated. And also when i called the costumer care on Oct. 17 the company representative was so rude that he said “Hame Hawa Mein toh pata nai chalega na ki aapka product sahi recieve hua hai ya nai” without even referring the previous complaints. This can be checked with the call records of the company as they have the policy of recording of every call for training and quality purposes.

I want my refund of the product plus ?1000 for the loss of reputation and and opportunity which was time constraint.
