I placed the order for 2 coats and paid 2798 rupees online. I received a mail on 6th Dec.13 stating that one product is delivered and another cannot be delivered hence they will refund the money. I returned the received product as the size was not true to the description given. I returned the product and mailed the courier bill and delivery receipt to them on 14th Dec’13. Since then I have been following up with Homeshop18 on the phone and email to get my money back but I haven’t received it. I am attaching the courier receipt.

I need my money back. Also, an apology from Homeshop18 for their crappy service
