As per order No:934697345 I have received the phone on 4th December, 2013 at 3.00 PM through Homeshope18.com . On checking it is found that the phone was a second hand phone and the speaker, charger etc. of the phone was not working. I have lodged complaint on the same time itself and they registered my complaint and given me my complaint No.91627951. A memory card was included as per mentioned in the box. But on delivery it was not available. The box was also tampered by somebody. I have tried to trace out the contact number of Nugen mobiles in net. But it is not available. I have contacted on the number provided on the cover of the phone. But the response was so poor from the company. They asked me to bring the phone to Bangalore for servicing. If service is not available it should have mentioned in the web site so that the public will not get cheated by such fraud companies.
The authorities may be advised accordingly either to repay the money or issue a new trouble free product with all accessories in new and working condition. If they are not ready protect my consumer right, spread this message to public so that nobody should be trapped like me and be aware of such useless products and online shopping web sites before ordering a product.
