It was shown over Television over Homeshop 18,about “Crystal 10Pc Apple Shape Nonstick Cookware Set-Red colour”-having kadai, spoon, pan etc. It was further mentioned please be quick, limited pieces are remaining.Immediately i ordered the same for Rs 2999/. When the article was received, it was noticed that out of 10 pieces, 3 of the pieces are LID of the Pan etc, and have no separate identity and are half part of other 7 articles, moreover the size of Articles were smaller than the one shown over Home shop 18 TV. When contacted Homeshop 18 customer care over their number he told that our representative will contact you within two days, when no phone was received, i sent the mail to Home shop 18, still when no reply was received after 4 days, i started using the articles, thinking that i lost the money, after some time i received the mail from Homeshop 18, it was replied to me that we will arrange reverse pickup, i told that since after waiting from Home Shop 18 for around 4 days, i started using the same,and there is no question of reverse pick up. I tried to convince them, my sending as attachment other news paper articles that this is some type of cheating, wherein it was not mentioned that 3 of the articles are LIDs of main article, as other vendors are specifically mentioning about lids, so please credit my Home shop 18 account by Around Rs 1000/- as based on the other news paper articles of similar nature were of Rs 1999/- hence i demand the same, as thier colour also started removing with 1-2 times of usage. I also refused for reverse pick up, as this is not only my work that to call for article and again after making calls and do the reverse pick up. It shows that as if Homeshop 18 was aware of poor quality and of the facts that three of the articles are lids of other articles, and rather then specifically mentioning the same, they supported it.

To provide me the required Rs 1000/- credit of account, as i have sent to them advertisement by other such vendor, having similar things and the cost was Rs 1999/-so as to provide the relief of mental agony and harassement by the Homeshop 18.
