Case 1: We had a damage in Saree which bought from Homeshop 18. Order number : 59263045. So registered complaint, customer case executive said no stock available and after following up so many days they had a sent cheque of 500 quoting wrong spelling in Payee name. I need to personally spent 70rs for courier and sent the cheque back to homeshop 18 to correct payee name n resend. But i didn’t get new cheque till now with correct name. Professional courier number: BLR39678242. Case 2: We bought a product order no: 68230393 from home shop18 and we returned it as it was not so good. They sent a cheque for refund amount 999 and again they quoted wrong spelling in payee name. I called customer care and informed manytimes to change name but they are not changing and sending with wrong name. I can’t spend time/money again for courier to resend the cheque back. It’s their mistake to not to verify the payee name before quoting on cheques. Instead their service team come and collect, why i need to bare all courier expenses and spend time? Please help resolve the issue.
Lot of my valuable time lost in explaining customer care team about the problem and they don’t care about the complaints for changing name in their data base and understanding the problem. Spend money on couriers and still no use. It hurt my ego personally and caused to depression.
I need my money back with penalty for this trouble and correct my name in their data base.
