I ordered a lavennder women’s kurta -fuchsia-M , ORDER no. 938000177, product code-31012211, on 13-1-2014. the kurta i ordered as per display on site was of pink colour but the delivered one is red.the price of product was 676/-INR

I complained about it 4 times and in which at first call they didn’t give me any complaint number but after that calling back twicw and thrice they gave complaint number and assured that their delivery person will collect the product from my home but this didn’t happen so i want to complaint against them. Complaint no. 95616805 against Order No. 938000177. 96434423 against Order No. 938000xxx

I want compensation for inconvinience it caused to me and full money back.
