I have ordered washing machine on 16 june and I have told that your machine would be delivered in max to max 14 days, today date is 18 July2013 so it is now 32 days and nothing has been delivered in my home. I have paid advance payment by my credit card EMI I already paid first EMI and the second I would pay on 11 Agust,however no product has been reached to my home. Could you please speak to them because whenever I call they apologies but they don’t provide me the solution as in they are not saying the exact data or why it has been delayed.
