Complaint Background: We bought an product advertised by Homeshop18.com. The product name is “Colourful & Bright Wedding Jewellery Collection by Zaveri Pearls” Product value Rs. 2599.00. The product delivered in a unusable state on 28-06-2013. Issue: We registered the compliant on this 29-06-2013 and the customer care they close they will replace the product. Till today no action taken and we keep following up. The customer service is very poor and they always buy in 72 hours and no change in status.

The delivered product is not proper. The jewelry set is having defect. Lots of mental agony went on this chasing up. I am struggling to get this sorted out. I am in mangalore (My mother home) only till this month end (26th) and till today no action from them. Either let them replace the product or refund but need it asap. I will be travelling to my montherinlaw home after that.

Refund of money or Replacement of product. An unconditional Apology from the customer service for the mental agony i went through.
