we had ordered a JSB Heating Blanket from D2H SHOP.COM Before purchasing this item we had called on them to place an order on no 0120-4019110 & verified that the blanket was a set of two pieces or was in single quantity.Their staff answered that Jsb Blanket was a set of two.Then we only ordered this product.But when we got the parcel it was containing only a single quantity.We had complained the matter on their web site the same day. But they did not respond to it. Then again we send a complaint by email but then also they did not respond.The ordere No is#800039024

My hard earned money has gone in waste.To my disappointment, Our continuing complaint against the matter they never bothered to reply to us.This caused us hypertension & depression.
