This is regarding the Vegas King bed brought from Evok Furniture , Kirti Nagar , Delhi on 18.08.2013.Sales Order No. is 1021SO/13-14/000771.The Bed brought from Evok is having 1 year warranty. This bed support (provided in the middle of bed) has been broken on 09/01/2014 when two persons were lying on it.It has caused injury to one of the person also.We lodge a complaint against this at the customer care. Complaint No. is 266806. Technician visit us on 12.01.2014. Initially , they told us that support panel has been broken and we have to pay for its replacement.They even put false allegations on us that we have misuse the bed and cause the damage to bed intentionally. However, After having so much email conversation with Evok , they finally agreed to provide solution for the bed by replacing the old support panel with new support panel and told us that they will do some arrangement in order to provide strength to bed so as to avoid any such breakage.However , We received the new support panel on 20th jan’2014 and their fitter when arrives at our place on 25th Jan’14 , they told us that they shall simply replace the support panel and will not do anything else to provide strength to bed. We were not confident that only replacement of support panel will be sufficient as that incidence can happen with us again also. Quality of support panel is very poor and can not provide sufficient strength to bed. Hence , it’s not safe for us to use that bed. Therefore , We discuss with their representative to provide some proper solution keeping in mind our safety , but they refuse to provide any other support beside just replacement.Hence , we have not get the old support panel replaced with new one as this was not a permanent solution.

We have lost faith in this brand products and service. Hence , We want that they should take their product back and refund our money.
