I preeti.palo from Chennai have purchased a Berg roti maker vide Order No.958274609. from homeshop18 which i received it on Thursday 20th Nov 2014.on 4.45 PM. The piece was damaged, and as per homeshop18 promise receipe book and globse was not there. I lodged the complain on the same day. As per HOMSHP 18- masssage (Dear Customer,we have registered your Complaint No. 118815725 against order no.958274609. Team homshp 18.) Upon receipt of the complaint the customer care called me but technical problem the same could not be attained ed. I never got any call from Hs18. I contact with them so many times but then also not get call, I always call for my product status and they ask me to wait for –eveing call,24 hrs, we call you tomorrow, and so on … I am waiting from last 6 days Kindly solve my issue.
