Honourable Sir/Madam, I am a student of Banaras Hindu University and lives in Varanasi. I received a call on 21st Sep. 2014 from a no.- +911142113xxx and another no. +911142215xxx naming Divya rishi Sansthan. They told me that they got my no. from Home Shop18.com and there is an offer for my no. i.e. they are offering a Panasonic P-31 mobile phone at a cost of Rs. 3000/- only as an offer. After a normal enquiry I confirmed the order. They told me that I will receive a parcel and will have to pay the above mentioned amount. I can open and check the product and if not satisfied with the product I may return the parcel and will get my money back. They told me that I will get an insurance of the mobile for 1 year. Time came and on 30th Sep, 2014 I received a parcel from my nearest post office by paying an amount of Rs. 3000/-. I opened the packing with carefully and gently, I found that the Company has cheated me and there is a Maha Dhan laxmi yantra instead of Panasonic mobile phone. I went to the post office to return the parcel and get my money back. They told me that there is no any provision like this to return it. I called back to the nos. from which I have received the call. I called multiple times and all the time I talked to a new representative. One of the representative namely perhaps Richa or reeta told me that the Product which I have received is a free gift from their company and I will receive the mobile phone in a week. She told me that the payment which I made to post office has been credited to her company’s account and is updated to her computer screen and soon she disconnected the call. I have the record of call details in my mobile phone. After 1 week on 7th oct, 2014 I was again informed by my post office that i have a parcel of amount rs.3000/-. I went to the post office and saw the parcel. It was same as the previous one. Same in shape , same in size and when I took it in my hand and after shaking it I found that it has the same product as the previous one. I refused to receive the parcel and came back to my home. The company has tried not only to cheat but has repeated the offence to cheat. Therefore I request the jury to kindly look into the matter and do justice with the victim and punish the culprit.
