I contacted M/s. Ganpati Telecom which is Authorised Service Centre of Wespro on June 6, 2013 to get my Wespro N720 Net Book (Mini Laptop) serviced which I purchased Online through HomeShop18, 7th Floor, FC-24, Sector-16A, filmcity, Noida-201301 (UP). After a lapse of more than 4 months I have not received back my Laptop. Every time I am answered by M/s. Ganpati Telecom that the product is pending with the Company for change of part. My Advocate Mr. D.S. Rathore has sent Legal Notice to M/s. Ganpati Telecom, Jaipur and M/s. HomeShop 18, Noida on September 21, 2013.

want my money (Rs.5,999/-) + Penalty for loss of time & mental disturbance (Rs.10,000/-) + Legal Expenses (Rs.2,100/-).
