Homeshop18 – Defective Product Sent

I would like to inform you that I have Placed an order on 9th September 2014 for Karbonn Titanium S2 Plus-Black and on the same day I had seen the live home shop 18 show on TV where I found that I am a lucky winner of your live tv show,but I did’t received any information regarding that from HS18. when I called HS18 Consumer care , I have been told that I will be informed regarding that within 24-48 hours.but unfortunately i didn’t received any call regarding that even though I have seen your HS18 winner list for Sept-2014 but it is not updated after 7th Sept 2014. So request you to make it update as soon as possible. I request you to guide me in this matter. One more think i had seen while surfing on internet that in some order customer are getting used product and all, though it may not be a policy of HS18 but may be the supplier do such unofficial act. and the same thing happened with me too, they sent me defective product and now they are refusing to send new product to me though i have already made payment of 5999 on Cash on delivery but till today they have not sent me new product.

i just want my prize along with the prize i won with it because i have paid for that product..
