I had purchase a new phone MI508 model IMEI No. 911353104993424 of Spice brand on 18-09-2014, from home shop18.… but it’s display problem after 15 days of purchasing. that’s why i had submitted my phone for repairing at authorised service centre shine tower ghaziabad at 05-09-2014. I have not gotten my phone yet.. in between this period i had contacted many time to customer care but customer care executives tell me any time.. “we will send your phone after 4 or 5 days ” But now that they passed a month. I have not got my phone back. i am facing many difficulties and living a stress full with out my phone.i request you to please take necessary action. so i get my phone repaired or new phone i have attached my bill or receiving copy of service center
