I placed an order in homeshop 18 on 23rd November 2014, order no:order 958934675 for nova prc rechargeable electric hair & beard trimmer with grooming clipper – nhc-3728. which got dispatched on 27th November 2014 and the expected delivery date was on 9th December 2014 but till now i didn’t receive my parcel. whenever i call home shop 18 they say that they have dispatched it already. now i don’t know what to do my parcel is still in guweahati and my address is in tripura khowai
i want my product as soon as possible
