I received product on 09.10.13 viz BP Monitor, Gluco Meter + Digital Thermometer against order no. 931297101 dated 01/10/13. While check the BP Monitor it is found defective. I convey this to Customer Care Homeshop18, as per their advise I send the entire product to M/s. Arihant Enterprise, B-10/5, Second Floor, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi- 110052, on 10/10/13 through First Flight Courier & the same was received by them on 14/10/13. I am getting complaint no. 88077531 dt. 10/10/13, & further complaint no.89089771 dated 26/10/13. Approximately one month likely to be past no response received from your end till date, (as your Customer Care assured me to short out the problem within 31/10/13.). You are therefore requested to send another new above product or refund my purchase amount of Rs.1999/- along with courier charges Rs242/-, on receipt of this e-mail.
