I, Deepak Kumar Rajoriya, had been order to supply of Sari from Homeshop18 on dated 27.11.2014, my Order no.959287991 /Complaint no.121729105, 119914693. I had received defected sari on dated 03.12.2014 same has been intimated to Homeshop18 through phone vide complain No. 119914693 even i had written on delivery slip on same day (Copy enclosed for kind reference). After communicating so many times they have given address to return material on 15.12.2014. i had return defected material on same day and mail to them with courier receipt. On 17.12.2014 they had received my courier (copy of delivery report enclosed). till 01.01.2015 they did not contract me about return my money back and i trying to communicate about this issue they will reply simply it is under process. Request please help me to get my money back.
