I placed an online order to purchase a HOMESTYLE WINDCHIME on the 24th October, 2013 and paid Rs 279 for the same through Citrus payment gateway. The order details are: Merchant Order number: 219479614 Transaction Reference Number: 01373410136377 The Order reference number on their website is KYCZNVKRL. Despite the payment neither the order was dispatched, nor was the refund made. When I called their customer care no, the asked me to wirte a mail which I also did but didnt get any response. I have called them several times but they only give fake assurances everytime that my complaint will be resolved.

Loss of Rs 279 plus the call charges of around Rs 200
