I purchased a sofa from Hometown Retail India Pvt ltd Gurgaon branch on 13th April 2013 under an exchange scheme with a promise to deliver the product within 15 days, which never happened and when I asked for money refunded I was promised it will be delivered by 12th May. Eventually when it was delivered it was in a shabby condition, soiled, dirty and worn out. When I contacted hometown they promised to replace the same with 10 days but it got delayed and on 5th Jun 2013 my sofa was replaced. This time the two sides of the sofa are made of different colors and were not matching up, the wood inside was making noise upon use hence hometown replaced the sofa for the 2nd time. Within 45 days of 3rd sofa getting delivered it started to sag, I logged a complain on 30th July and asked for a refund of money since they have quality issues with the item. Despite my repeated emails and phone calls I have not heard anything from Hometown.
I am looking for complete refund of my money along with interest.
