We had booked Honda Activa from Mauli Auto Mobiles in Pune which is on Sinhagad Road. We were asked some documents and were told that the registration Process would be done by them. However upon receiving the entire amount of 60,000/- ( Sixty Thousand Rupees ) the people at the Showroom started misbehaving with me. They started demanding documents like registered Agreement and Police Verification which was not communicated while demanding money from us. I was also asked to pay the money in cash for a faster delivery and I did the same. It has been more than Two months that my money is still with them and they are not ready to cancel my booking and return my money. I was also asked to go to the RTO Commissioner and request him to approve my request without proper documents which also when I did the commisioner threatened to cancel the Trade License of the Automobile

I just request you to please help me get my money back which i have entirely paid in cash. I have the receipt of the same and the money has been lying with the company from last two Months.
