Honda Amaze – damage light in new car delay in repair

I purchased white honda Amaze S on 26.3.14 from Ring Road Honda reg no. DL 4CNC 9390. On our request it was delivered on 26.3.14. The car was delivered at 9:20 P.M. We could not got time for any inspection and no inspection report was prepared. It was just delivered as it is. We having the full faith in Honda, a big reliable car company, took the delivery in faith. But I am sorry to inform that the right side back light is broken. A thin, invisible sharp cut is there. 1. such a cut can’t be created by hit. 2. there is no hitting, accident any where on back. As it was not easily recognizable and there was no hit, we could not see it for about 15 days after that we saw the cut. I was busy due to some personal engagements and family marriages. I telepathically inform Ring road honda after 20 days or so. On my visit on 21.4.14 I showed the broken light to them, but showed their helplessness and said that I am late. They also agreed that there is no hitting mark for light breaking. On receiving a customer care call from them I again informed the same to them but till date I have not received any solution. Now I am putting a tape on it to protect the light from water. One can imagine the state of my heart, that I purchased a new car with broken light. I expect some solution to my problem.
