This is regarding my car Honda Brio (model SMT) which was parked near my residence area. In Afternoon at around 2:30 pm, my wife opened the glass door to get something and when she close the hatch back door suddenly glass door completely shattered. Luckly its doesn’t her. but I am afraid that since the reason is unknown, this incident can reoccur at any time and may cause harm to my family members or to any one else. The glass pieces were shattered inside the car (all over the back seat and luggage area) and outside the car. Now honda told me pay the full amount for new backdoor glass as I dont want to claim it via insurance, Because the car is still new and not yet completed 6 months)I want full amount refunded 2)Need to know reason why this happened 3)Assurance that this wont happen again.
