Honda Cars – SERIOUS MATTER AT SERVICE CENTRE GWALIOR

Serious Audit to be carried out at this service centre , complete staff is involved in misguiding innocent customer,they are unnecessary changing parts and increasing sales by troubling customer , i serviced my car and they replaced front shock absorber and delivered without pre delivery check up , no alignment done , car full of cabin sound , even after reminders no corrective action taken , unnecessarily changing rear brake shoe , by chance i got to see the the rear break shoe when work was carried out i found it to be left with more than 50 percent of friction material , but unnecessarily i am getting calls from service centre to replace lot not parts every time i give my car for service , complete fraud is taking place at service centre u must take immediate strict action. Untrained staaf not even know how to tune Engine , only know how to replace

For all problems only 1 solution replace 1 necessary + 10 unnecessary parts Not expected from Global brand like honda.
Service of car means – Washing +oil Change+Air filter cleaning job over other than this they dont know anything. Not even know to put back interiors properly if dismantled, lot of body gaps fed up of all this , kindly take immediate action
